The H-BD7 OilCupGager Layered Crude Oil Water Content Detector is an intelligent and rapid oil water content detector designed specifically for the inspection of high water content crude oil in oil production, storage, transportation, and trade. The instrument is equipped with 8 software calibration tables, and users can create up to 8 calibration tables for different oil products according to their needs to improve the accurate measurement of different oil products.
Each tank inspection can automatically record relevant data at different depth positions. Zui can store up to 128 sets of process detection data and scientifically calculate the average moisture content (default is the top and bottom * container) and the depth of the open water interface. If there are standard barrel diameters or square edge sizes set, the instrument automatically calculates the total volume, water content, and oil content. If density standards are entered, weight units can be converted. Test values can be stored on-site. Returning to the office, you can use a printer to print records one by one or upload them to the computer. Special requirements can also be met through on-site GPRS or microwave communication transmission and upload.

Working principle of crude oil moisture analyzer:
Use MS1204 to detect liquid moisture, interfaces, and oil sludge layers;
Using static pressure method to test the liquid level height;
Test temperature to correct the above parameters;

If the density (Gager automatic test) is set and the relationship between density and temperature is established, the liquid level height equivalent to the standard temperature can be calculated; If the cross-sectional coefficient is set, the total storage volume, moisture content, and net oil content can be calculated, and volume or weight units can be selected.
If there is a clear oil/water interface, the system can also detect it and provide the interface height.
Display various instantaneous parameters during system testing. After the test is completed, the statistical storage parameters are calculated and can be stored or transmitted for long-term communication.
Before selecting the shutdown or retest button, the system stores the corresponding data of moisture distribution and liquid level height for the next testing process. This is very useful for research work. It can be output to an external storage card for storage.
Test Method for Handheld Crude Oil Moisture Analyzer:
Turn on the power switch, simply slowly approach the sensor to the oil surface and insert it into the bottom of the cup at a speed of 35-350mm per second to complete the test. When the instrument determines that the sample has entered and reached the bottom, it will also emit a "beep beep" sound prompt. After the test is completed, it will automatically emit a "beep beep beep" sound and the LCD will flash 3 times.
Gradually sink the probe into the bottom of the tank at a speed of<1ms/s through an opening of suitable size (>62mm Dia.) from the top of the tank. Upon hearing an alarm or observing a display prompt, the test is completed.
